John Ehab Reads from Backpack Full of Fear

Backpack Full of Fear is an illustrated collection of the autobiographical narratives of more than twenty young Syrian refugees that now live in different parts of the world. Author, John Ehab, travelled between the Middle East, Europe and North America to meet with Syrian youth and collect their stories. The book follows the different asylum seekers routes through land, air and sea until their arrival at new homes in other parts of the world. These young people come from different geographical, cultural and ethnic backgrounds in Syria and tell the stories from their own perspectives and voices.

John will be reading after the performance on June 20th, 21st & 22nd
